Our Mission

The mission of the Association is to promote the interests and welfare of Albany State University; to encourage the enrollment of qualified students at the university; to provide services, aid and counsel to alumni and students to the end that they may bring credit and honor to the University, to their relationship between Albany State University and the Association; and to perpetuate friendship and fellowship among the members of the Association.

The Albany State University Alumni Association is an independent, viable organization made up of active and financially contributing alumni who are committed to the survival and continued growth of Albany State University. It is also committed to maintaining its traditional and historical mission.
